But it wouldn't give me a full refund (my deposit was only for one night)......only a partial refund. Room starts on Monday. I quickly backtracked out of it and didn't go through with it. I thought I would be able to because of the hurricane. I mean, OMG, I have a great rate at the Beach Club and trust me, hurricane or not, I'd continue on with my vacation if it didn't sound insane or actually life threatening :crutches: to get there.

If I call them (actually, I tried to give the call center a break and just do it on my own).....will I get a full refund???

Ugh... :crazy2:

Yes, call them. The airport is closing Sunday night, so that right there should allow a free cancellation- most people could not get there even if they desperately wanted to!

Thanks all. It's on my agenda for first thing in the AM. Going to go later in the month and will try the new Tower at CS!

I’d call sooner than tomorrow- the phone lines are going to get longer as the time comes nearer.

To give an update to this, Orlando Airport has released a statement that they are closing on Monday morning at 2 am. The announcement is elsewhere on this forum.

Same here. I'm suppose to check-in on Monday. Disney should update their software and allow online cancelations with full refunds. I'm not looking forward to long waits on the phone.
