Maybe at Pepper Market at Coronado Springs? They have "made to order" egg station.

i have never seen this sold on property. unless you go off property to a mexican restaurant that may be open for a brunch time.

being mexican, and that is common mexican breakfast, i would have jumped at the chance to try it. (although not everyone can make it good)

I think that if they are sold anywhere, it would be at San Angel Inn for breakfast.

(as the other poster said, that would've been the only other place)

they are only open for lunch and Dinner.

the Maya Grill (Table service) at Coronado Springs for Breakfast has this:

Adult Breakfast Buffet - Mixed Fruit Salad, whole fruits, fruit topping medley, cold cereals, oatmeal & grits, pastries, French toast, waffles with syrup, scrambled eggs, egg burritos, sausage links, bacon/ham, biscuits with gravy, home fries with onions and peppers, and hash browns. A selection of juices, milk, hot chocolate, coffee, and tea are included. - $13.95 *

the closest thing there is egg burritos. but not the same, you need chorizo, frijoles, eggs, and tortillas. eat them with hot sauce and .... BAM! BAM! BAM! that's a good breakfast!
