I wonder how far construction will have progressed by late September...

They get it done pretty quick around there actually and September is still a good four months off. I would think a lot will have been done and changed by that time frame. Other threads I'm sure will pop up before then wanting updates. I'll try and get out there as much as I can and snap more pictures.
