HSN coupon?

Does anyone have an HSN coupon they are not using? There's a ring I REALLY want but would like to bring the price down if I could. I got an email code a few weeks ago (one time use coupon), had an issue when checking out and ended up ordering two of the same thing, and cancelled my order. Now I can't use the coupon again . I tried emailing customer service but it's been over a week and I've heard nothing. Thanks for any help!!
