HRH room ?

What are the views for the HRH standard room and HRH garden view room? Is it worth it to spend the extra $20 for the gardenview when there is no balcony to sit on and enjoy the view?

We would like to book the HRH for Nov from Nov 10-Nov 13. The stay more/save more rate is over in October. Would the most cost effective plan be to book a room only with the AAA rate and buy 4 day passes through AAA or should I book a package through Universal. Are there any added benefits by booking the package vs. room only? When should I book the reservation, should I do it now or wait to see if any Nov specials come out? TIA

We have only booked a standard view and almost always have a view of the trees/lawn on the side of the building. We book our rooms through AAA every year and then go to AAA and buy the tickets separately. The first time we went we booked a package and the only extra that we got was a free 5x7 picture on one of the rides. To me it is cheaper to just book the room only and then buy the tickets at AAA.
