HRH question - Deluxe queen room on Club Level?

We would really like to stay on the Club level, but we need the sofa bed for my son (he does not like cots). I thought I read that there are 4 deluxe queen rooms on the Club floor, however the reservation agent told me no. Can anyone help?

I know we could put up with the cot in exchange for the extra benefits, but I was also told that the regular rooms are smaller. We really would enjoy a little extra room as there will be 5 of us.

The reservation agent also told me categorically that there are NO deluxe rooms on club level - howver I know people who have stayed in one

Maybe ring back & try to speak to a different agent?

We stayed in a King suite, but not on the club floor. We ended up on floor 3 with full club privledges. I don't know if you need 4 or 5. We got a rollaway for my DD, and personally the rollaway was more comfortable than the sofa bed we had. The rollaways are one piece and do not fold in half like a traditional rollaway. I'd think your son would prefer the rollaway to the pull out. That thing was flimsy, lumpy and unconfortable. My kids first fought over the pull out, but after one night were fighting over the rollaway as it was more comfortable.

Yes there are 4 deluxe rooms on club level. We have stayed in one. However, you can't book one, that's why the reservationist wouldn't know about them. You can call the hotel and request one but they won't guarantee it.

I also booked deluxe queen with sofa for my family of 5 and when we arrived they did not have us down for sofa and had no rooms left for a sofa.Got the rollaway for free.Warning:check the rollaway and sheets and covers real good,ours was covered in pee,had not been washed.

We also stayed in a queen deluxe on club level and plenty of room for the 3 of us, 2 queen beds and 1 sofa bed.

We have stayed as well. Call the HRH directly and ask them to note it on your ressie that you would like to be put in the queen deluxe. In my two trip reports in my signature, you can see the size of the room and how it is layed out (for the most part)
