HRH Pool Entertainment

Does anyone have any recent experience with the happenings around the pool at HRH? We have a cabana for each of the days we will be there and was wondering about the music....DJ, band, what? And are there games or activities? Thanks for any information.

Stayed there June 20th thru June 27th. There were pool activities during the day for kids that they seemed to enjoy. DJ Scooter was there on Tues and Thurs nights 6 to 10 pm and on Sunday from 2 to 6 pm (I think the time is correct) Wednesday night was a very mellow entertainer who played guitar and sang, Dive In Movies on the other nights. We always have a blast at the HRH! Have a great time!

We were there in Aug 09 for 6 days. Every night there was something going on. Movies by the pool, DJ, and games. The DJ did dance contests, girls against the boys and hula hoop contests. My kids loved it. It was lots of fun

My 13-year old nephew and 16-year old niece had a great time at the HRH pool last monday and tuesday. There was a dj, scavenger hunts, air guitar contests, hula hoop contests, etc. I didn't think they would even be interested in activities and I was wrong, they looked forward to them.

Does the action at the pool at HRH ever get too 'adult' for families? We have heard tales of drunken half naked teens partying into the night and whilst this can happen anywhere if it is a regular happening at HRH we might avoid it! Debsx

How much are the cabanas at HRH?

We have a themed cabana (#10) booked for our trip next month - it cost $200for the day. I think you get a discount if you are on the club floor (we are not so I can't tell you how much of a discount it is).

It's $160 with the discount. It's complimentary with the Graceland Suite.

We're in cabana #9. My son did not want one of the themed cabanas. We had one before and he thought it drew too much attention! LOL! When are you going? It would be cool if we were there at the same time.

Where on the HRH website can you access the activity list? I booked a cabana two days and I am cancelling one day based upon the activities that are offered?

We have stayed a few times and have not seen it get "too adult," at the weekend it certainly gets busier with more teens, but nothing that should stop you going.

The pool guards are hot on watching behaviour.

I'm surprising my oldest son with two of his lifelong friends joining us for the last weekend of our trip at HRH. He knows nothing about it. One of his friends is turning 22 four days after our trip so we're celebrating with a surprise cake at the cabana on Saturday night. Surprises all around for everybody!

There will be me, my DH, DS10 and three 22 year old young men. Hope they don't get too rowdy for everyone else!

What a great Suprise for your son!! We are traveling with 2 other families. We will have kids of various ages around...my youngest DS turns 9 in September and my friend's son is 10....
...am thinking of bringing my battery operated blender!! Do you think they will let us keep it in the cabana
