HRH email address for room request ?

Having just found out that the HRH will have ALL non-smoking rooms in October, I would like to request a room that was NEVER a smoking room, to avoid any possibilty of any lingering particulates that may aggrevate two of my children's asthma..

Does anyone have an email address to contact the room assigner, or even a fax number...I prefer this method of communication, since it leaves a paper trail to document it..
