I was wondering if you can use ent rates on a club room at HRH?
Also, do fan club & ent rates come out at the same time?

No, I don't think you can use the entertainment card on club level. But you can use the Fanclub card. Also, www.hotelkingdom.com usually has HRH club level at a discount.
