Scouts for proffessional teams start coming to as many games as they can once you're in the 12 and 13 year old level. The coaches get paid extra if their players sign on with a professional team, so they do wwhat they can. The rules aren't as restricted as they are here. *grins* Besides, our beaters suck. They need it.
