I think the general consensus is mid 2010...I doubt it would happen much before then.

That could change of course but I would bank on mid 2010 before late 2009...just to be safe.

Just a clarification also, the Wizarding World of Harry Potter is not its own theme park but a new land in the Islands of Adventure theme park
