HP handicap options

Planning a Make a Wish trip to Orlando and wondering if anyone can tell me if there are handicap options for the Wizzarding World of HP? She cannot be "jarred" due to back/neck issues...do they run the ride without jerky movements if possible?

I don't think any of the rides in WW will be suitable. You can do the castle tour though and see the Ollivander's show.
