1. Yes, the express pass is unlimited for your check in date and for your check out date. The only exclusions are FJ, the wand show and Pteranodon Flyers.
2. No.
3. Yes, the Harry Potter section opens one hour early for onsite guests. Be sure to have a room key with you for each person in your party.
