My hair is a hopeless cause in summer, and to make matters worse, the last time I had a trim, I did it myself. My Cardinal Rule of hair is that I never attempt to cut it myself. Now, I am embarrassed to go to the salon because I just know when they see my uneven ends, the stylist is going to ask in that sarcastic tone, "Um...did you do this yourself??" Maybe I can say my seven year-old did it?

Hair is red/auburn with chunky light highlights. It has layers in it right now, goes from just about my shoulders to shoulder blades. Lots of body and bounce in it.
