We'll be at the Ho-Jo, August 1-6. Has anybody stayed there recently and know of a specific room or area of the hotel that we should request or even if you can request a room?

<font color=navy>I've never stayed there, but someone who did, once told me that they stayed in the rooms facing the back, and could hear the sounds of the freeway. I would recommend requesting a room facing the front/north of the hotel.

Yes. Definately ask for a room away from the freeway. Try requesting a room with a vaulted ceiling. I have yet to get one but the pictures of them look great. Also you could request a tower room with a view of Disneyland. You won't get a spectacular view but you can stand on your balconey and see the Matterhorn.
