how do i play 2 characters on the same computer at the same time? i couldn't find the old thread about this, so can anyone tell me? please? thanks

At the log in screen push Ctrl N and a second log in screen will show in a new window. You can then log in to both with seperate characters and play at the same time!

Yes it will work. Computer speed will effect how well you can operate them. I can get up to 5 opn at once with both of my computers at home which are both good sytems with a lot of memory. If I try at work It will barely operate and usually will crash shortly. Anything over three things will start to slow down a bit and gaming is no good with multiples. but for trades or nedding or whatever it should be fine.
