How would you celebrate?

I need some ideas on how to celebrate my husband starting a new job. It really is kind of a big deal for him and I'd like to do something special. Only thing I won't do is a big party type of thing. Any ideas?

We would probably go out to dinner and/or a show. I see that you're in NY -- how about tickets to a Broadway show????

I might also be tempted to start planning our next vacation.
