How will the new indiana Jones movie effect the ride?

INDIANA JONES and the KINGDOM OF THE CRYSTAL SKULL!!!

It will be released on May 22, 2008 EVERYWHERE.

How will this movie effect the ride? Do you think DL will change the ride at all? Add anything new from the new movie into the ride? What will happen?

It's possible. Nothing major, but I could see something along the lines of what they did with PotC.

I think it will all depend on the popularity of the movie. If it is a huge success, then they may incorporate some small changes.

Since it's being distributed by Paramount Studios I would expect very little impact unless Disney is working something out with George Lucas.

PoTC was solely owned by Disney so they could do whatever they wanted to cross promote the film.

It's possible, but I wouldn't expect anything major.

The neat thing about the ride is that it's its OWN Indiana Jones story rather than a retelling of stories from the movies. Perhaps if the new movie had some kind of big defining memorable moment (such as the giant boulder in Raiders), they might find a way to subtly weave it into the attraction.
