You guys are so sweet. Thank you for all of your well wishes!

I am truly sorry I made any of you guys worry.
I am feeling pretty bad. Actually, I woke up feeling better this morning, but less than an hour or so after being up and walking around, I already feel crappy. Not sure what that has to do with anything.
I really am bummed about my trip. I have not felt well for days...started last Saturday. Just tired - feeling run down. (Probably am run down.) But yesterday it got worse. I have no idea what is wrong at this point.

Kidney stone? Appendicitis? Just the stomach bug. Don't worry, no flu like symptoms!
Rachel is MUCH, MUCH better and basically back to herself! We believe, because of this "comeback" that it was probably the sodium levels that caused the illness. She has had some progression of her lung disease that comes with the genetic condition she has, but overall is doing much better than we ever expected.
Matt0126 is actually a MOM of one of our wish kids. One of her sons is named Matt! I just figured you guys would wonder and then thought I would mess with you guys a little bit. I will get to meet her when I am in Disney, which will be beyond cool - and I can't wait to tell you guys about that when I get back.
Totally unrelated to Disney, but definitely related to our life around here with Lauren and Rachel is that we have lost 3 kids to the swine flu in Mississippi.

Ages were 7, 12/13, and 15...otherwise healthy kids. This is disturbing to us - as both Rachel and Lauren are susceptible to major complications if they were to catch this flu. Rachel's Mom is restricting Rachel from going to the store or any place where there is a pharmacy. Rachel basically gets out for church, to go shopping, and other things - but no major contacts with school age children or anything. Lauren, on the other hand, is in a large high school, involved in all sorts of school activities, and there is very little we can do to protect her (aside from the normal washing your hands junk). This has been a major topic of discussion around here today and we are even considering what we will when Lauren's classmates start getting the flu - take her out of school for a little while? Until she can get vaccinated? It is a serious discussion around here.
So...there ya have it.
On a lighter note...
Both Lauren and I are on a podcast today called All About the Mouse.

You can find it here
http://www.allaboutthemouse.com. You can listen from any computer. They interviewed both of us about our experience at Give Kids the World. It was fun to do the interview. I have not listened to it yet...I guess I should before I tell all of you to go listen...but if I sounded stupid, we can all laugh together! I love the podcast as a whole and really would encourage everyone to listen to it weekly, honestly. Lots of good information and they are just fun to listen to and are genuinely nice guys.
