How to watch 2nd show of WOC?

What is the best way to watch the second show of WOC without a dining package?
I see the virtual queue enrollment starts at 12pm. Is that for both the first and second show? If so whats the best way to possibly guarantee viewing for the second show?
If I'm not lucky enough to enroll in the virtual queue and grab a spot does WOC accept FCFS viewing?

When we were there a few weeks ago, nobody was checking to see if you had a place in the virtual queue at all!

You can't pick the show time via the virtual queue. Right at noon (and I mean right at noon) you can enter the queue and you're assigned a showtime and viewing area (blue or yellow, I think are the colors). There are also walk up areas (e.g., the bridge leading into Pixar Pier). I recommend trying to get into the virtual queue and then if you don't get the second show time, go to the walk up area. When I was there the first weekend in June, you had to show your virtual passes for each person before being let into the viewing area. They had CMs with scanners at the entrances to the viewing areas.
