I have a small credit from our Disney trip this past Jan. Now were planning a trip to LV and Im planning on using the credit

so when I book on line how and when do I put in the credit?

Right now I doubt it if Ill find a cheaper deal if I book a package but in the event I do can I use the credit

on a SW package

right now I found air at $828 a little higher then Id like but what can you do and on the Treasure ISland website

I found a deal of $275 for 3 nites plus hotel resort fees which burn me but again what can you do?

SW package was 1257
so my main question is how do I use the credit
thanks all

I have a $750 credit with SW I plan on using to get us to MCO as soon as they open up for booking in late January. I have not done this before but when I cancelled my previous flights that gave me the credit they told me to keep the confirmation number from my original trip, which was cancelled, as that would be needed to apply that credit to a future booking. Do you still have that number?

After you have selected your flight information and pricing you will then go to a page "Enter Travel Info".
As part of this page there's a section [prior to payment info] that looks like this:

Do You Want to Apply Travel Funds?
You may apply funds from unused or cancelled reservations, southwestgiftcards®, or Southwest LUV Vouchers toward the purchase of this reservation.

Just click on the "apply funds" button and you'll be asked to enter the name and confirmation number from the trip that you're using the credits. You'll then go to the actual payment section to enter CC info for balance on the new trip. Just remember that the credits are only good from one year of purchase from the the trip you're using the credit and not the actual travel date.
Good luck and have fun.

After you enter the first name [and redeem the credit], it will prompt you to see if you have more names/credits to apply.

When you log in to your account, go to the "My Account' section/tab or the "My Travel" tab. There will be a section called past travel and this will have the 6 character confirmation code for the past trip. Hope that works for you!

You have to enter the names exactly as before. I got an error when I booked my new reservation as Debra A B.... and the credit was under Debra B.....

You can use the credit on a SW flight on their website, but I don't think you can apply it to a SW Vacations package. Those are licensed to a 3rd party vendor who actually books the packages as SW Vacations, not run by SW itself, so I don't think they accept the credits. This is pretty common for airline vacation packages, United Vacations uses the same 3rd party vendor.
