How to upload photo from camera roll on iPad to my planning journal?

I can not find out how to upload iPad pics from my camera roll to my planning journal thread. Please help. I did a google search and founds Disboards help section but when I try to reply I have no attachment button?

Upload your pictures to a photo hosting site like Photobucket or Tinypic, and then embed them into your post with the [/img] formatting tags.
