Si I am sorry if this is a stupid or over asked question.

However, I see lot's of trip reports say thing like "We had noted on the Reservation that this was our Anniversary"

So far I have only made a couple of Dining Reservations but I saw no place to mark down a Special Occasion.

Thanks for the help!

My wife and I celebrate our wedding anniversary every year at WDW. When we call to make our reservations they always ask if we are celebrating a special event. We tell then it will be our anniversary. We find that with every DR meal we have something special. The waiter and person who seats us will wish us a happy anniversary. When we check in the CM wishes us a Happy Anniversary. I have also done this with birthdays.

Same here when making ADR's they have asked me for every meal. When booking the rooms they always ask as well and my daughter has gotten birthday cards from Mickey delivered to her room during the 2 trips we went to over her birthday.

If you made your ADRs online, just call the Disney Dining number: (407) WDW-DINE or (407) 939-3463. It will take you through the prompts until you speak to someone (I want to say I either selected "Modify a reservation" or "Ask a question.").

Just have your reservation confirmation number, which should be listed on your My Disney Experience account, and ask them to please add a note to your reservation that you are celebrating ________. It's easy and painless!

Our TA made our reservations and all of our ADRS for us. She knows we're celebrating my birthday but I don't know if she would have included this information. Is there a way I can do it myself online?

I make almost all of our ADRs online. For a special event, I call Disney Dining, have the reservation number handy and let them know the occasion and where we are dining and the date. I have never not had it go forward to the restaurant.

No. First of all your TA owns your reservation. Secondly it is not available online

Just call or email your TA to see if it was already added or if they can add it if it hasn't been done. TA's call Disney all the time, I don't see why your request couldn't be added to one of the calls they might need to make anyway.

Just a heads up.........the Disney TA website is launching new "enhancements" on Monday April 9, and knowing how Disney IT handles these "upgrades" the special TA phone lines for Disney might be pretty tied up next week........:rolleyes1

You have to call to add celebration info to your reservations. However, when you arrive at the restaurant let the castmembers know as well so it's not absolutely necessary call and add it.
