How to surprise my kids about going to Discovery Cove?

We are leaving for WDW in 3 weeks.. Due to some wonderful ideas that I found here on DISboards, I created an Amazing Race activity for them, through EPCOT... I want to surprise them at the end of the "race", with their prize...A day at Discovery Cove... but I'm stuck on a creative way to do it.... Any suggestions???? We will be staying at BC that week, so I was thinking of somehow incorporating that theme with the surprise.....
