How to store Advent pin tree?

Does anyone have any thoughts about how to store the Advent pin tree? We enjoyed placing a new pin on the tree every day before Christmas. Now we can't decide whether to remove the pins so we can do it again next year or to leave the pins in place and store it all together. Don't want to wear out the holes in the tree! Any thoughts?

I think that we are going to keep ours intact (with the pins still in it)

Suzi, thankyou for your resonse. I was thinking no one else had gotten the Advent Pin Tree. (HaHa)

We like ours so much that we may not even put it away at all. We are thinking about leaving it out as a permanent display at our meet place.

We have it displayed in the guest bedroom & plan to leave it there year round.

I tried to be the thrifty shopper and wait to order the pins at once to save on shipping. I had ordered 2 extra of set #1. By the time I had traded my extra's on #1 for sets #3 and #4 ...
Christmas was OVER !!!

I still don't have set #7....I was in WDW and forgot to order .

So ...my tree will stay in the box until next year and the pin sets in their neat little packages. BUT !!! I have 365 days to obtain set number 7.

I know, I know, I am leaving for the airport now Scott!

Off to the half marathon and beyond.

I would be more than happy to store it for you! hehehe...... I could put it on a shelf under the framed Patriotic print and pin Nat is sending me!!!!
