How to spend the day before cruise for Adults?

We are flying in the day before our cruise in Oct. Disney World is out, and 1 of the adult is handicap. Thanks in advance.

Kennedy Space Center is fantastic, particularly the Space Shuttle exhibit, which is not to be missed.

We are going to have about 4 hours to spend.

Were is the escape room? And I was thinking about a dinner show, but we want to eat a fishlips, so we can watch the Dream leave. My friends are not really park people.

Four hours is a bit tight for Kennedy Space Center, but I'd say it's great for Gatorland.
