how to sell DVC

Can someone please tell me how to sell my DVC?
I have put an ad on Tug2, but am curious about listing with a real estate agent if the fee/commission is not too much?

We don't allow any For Sale posts here, but you can certainly list your resale with a broker. They do facilitate the process and handle all of the details, for a fee. You can check with <a href="http://www.dvc-resales.com">The Timeshare Store</a>, our site sponsor, for assistance or one of the other oft mentioned brokers.

TUG and TSToday (Timesharing Today) can provide a forum to try to sell it yourself, but you will still need help from a closing agency or attorney with the details and will have to submit evreything to DVC for review before the sale can be processed.
