How To See Dings From Work Computer

I am unable to install the Ding software on my work computer (strict guidelines).
Is there any other way to receive notifications?
If someone was to call me when they come out,is it still impossible to look at the Dings without having the exact link to the Ding page? (ie: you can't view it from the regular SWA Reservation pages?)

It's about the only way I know of and it's not easy. The other problem is you have to find the OLD version of the software...
