Ok, I read part of the Iphone thread and am a little jealous with all the secret shopper, etc stuff you can do on it!

How do you use your Android phone to save money? What have I been missing?

I use mine to compare prices while I'm out and look for coupons, and I've gotten stores to pricematch. I use the Kroger and Cellfire apps for coupons. A couple times I've gotten money off a purchase for "checking in" via Facebook. Gasbuddy is nice for getting cheap(er) gas. I also dropped XM radio after finding Pandora! (I have a long commute, so that's a must!)

Any other uses?

Well after reading the Iphone thread the other day I downloaded the old navy app when we stopped by for the kids and got a 20% off discount.

We like Viggle and ShopKick on the Android.

I use an app called The Coupons app. It's great....restaurant discounts...% off coupons to clothing places. You can email yourself the ones you like to print later or lots of places will allowyou to now show codes on phone.

I use an app called Coupon51 - love it because it doesn't matter if you forget your coupons at home...you just save your receipt and take a pic of it and email it to them via your phone and they add the savings up and add it to an account for you. When you get to $20, they send you a cheque!

I love this one - actually called Checkout51. Both DH and I have it on our phones! But that one might only be for Canadians?? Not sure.

My first cheque was just mailed out! And I love that they seem to match up their offers with the weekly flyer coupons. I keep getting paid to buy things! Thins actions cost $2, I had a coupon for $1.50 off, and then $1 from the app. I love it!!!

I just googled it and it does say for Canada only...
