Marina, I lurked right through your entire "Why I didn't speak to my sister for a week" TR (your title drew me and then I was hooked..) and decided I needed to post now and say add me to the list of those who enjoy your style of writing, and I've really enjoyed following along. Loving your pics so far in this TR, very nice!! Your "cliff hangers" are killing me but they also keep me checking back for more! Hope you didn't chicken out on ToT, can't wait to hear what you thought of it. Looking forward to reading more!

i don't blame you if you would chicken out on ToT. In the 4 times I have been to WDW i have been the chicken and refuse to ride. Though I am not one for thrill rides.

I will be in WDW In Oct...around the same time....I think some DIS meets are called for....."The Karma is a Butterfly" Group!!! LOL

Hi Marina. I love the pictures of the Poly. I have never been there except to go to the luau. It looks like the beginning of a wonderful trip. I myself would never go on TOT. I am a big chicken! I have plenty of terror just living with my three kids

So we followed the herd on the way to TSM. Most of the people stopped to get FPs. We didn't, and so we pretty much walked on the ride. The line went so fast I barely had time to snap some pics!

Honestly ? I thought the ride was fun, but not really worth all the hype. Grumpy wasn't impressed either - but she was upset because her score was pitiful. Mine wasn't much better. We'll never be Elite snipers but then again we both have killer jobs already.

We still get FPs for seconds though. ...

I agree w/ your opinion on TSM. It was a good ride but not worth all the extra effort it took to ride it. We went on 08/13 and DH said the FP area was absolutely crazy. When we used our FP the wait was 2 hrs. The ride broke down right when we handed the cm our FP so we still had to wait about a half hour.

I love all of you Poly pictures. I hope to stay there one day.

I had read your TR from last time, last night stumbled upon this new one and was having such a great time that I went back and read ALL of your past trip reports. I was up until 3 am but I finished them all! I was actually sitting here laughing out loud at so many things, it's a good thing I was here by myself or people would have wondered what I was up to!

Keep going and tell us more! This is the equivalent of waiting for a new Harry Potter book to come out, staying up all night reading it, then realizing you have to wait a looooooooong time for the next one to come out. Don't make us wait as long as the aforementioned authoress please!

I have always thought if I ever had the $ ( ) that I would stay at the Grand Floridian, but those Poly pics give me pause. very nice!

Great update! I was too scared to ride ToT the first time I went but my brother and my boyfriend convinced me (aka forced me) to ride it on our 2nd trip and now I love it! We ride like 5 times in a row now if the wait isn't too long! I'm more of a coaster girl but ToT is fun!

And even though I'm not going back to WDW until NEXT October, I still want to be part of the fan club!! I won't be able to meet you if you end up going again this year, but there's always next year right?!

I want to stay at the Poly sooo bad! Your pictures are just beautiful! I'm so jealous! I've been there for the dinner show and for breakfast with Stitch but that's it. Maybe one day I can be one of those cool people that can do a split stay at Poly/AKL.... In the meantime I would kill for a stay as ASMo...heck I'd even stay at Sports if I got to go back to WDW this year!!

how stinkin funny are you. im currently reading a few Fanfiction.net (harry potter) stories right now

and M.....do please post more, these trip reports are what will keep me going for the next 2months and 22 days
