How to rent out a reservation?

I have a ........ reservation ...............that I may not want any more but the points used can not be banked so I am trying to think of options.
How hard is it to rent the entire stay and how much would this reservation be worth ??? Again I have no idea if we are going to give it up or not but I want to see what my options might be if we do..........

Redweek (airbnb for time shares) or Brokers. Rental Board here?
Maybe 15-16$ per point? Less the closer you get to the travel time.

I was considering doing this for an early December reservation and contacted David's Disney Vacation Club Rental. You will be paid $13.50 per point and they will handle all of the headaches associated with trying to rent out a reservation. I recommend them wholeheartedly.
