How to prove who was driving in a fatal car accident?

Just for fun, I went back and read the first OP post and stopped right there. For the simple reason that there are two survivors of the crash they are witnesses that happened to be in the vehicle at the time. It seems to me that they have more than enough evidence and the need for this post seems just for trolling or someone that is still on drugs and hallucinating. Case closed! Both of those people know who was driving.
