How to pre-pay return baggage fees?

From what I can tell, if I want to use the resort check-in service for the flight home, I have to pre-pay our baggage fees. How do I do this, and when? I'd like to be able to use this service (we're using DME) but need to know details. Thanks.

You will be given info at the resort. They will give you a phone number to call, and you will pay your fees over the phone using your credit card 24 hours before departure.
