How to post pictures?

This is a silly question , but how do you post pictures of yourself under your name and on the text part? Thanks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The picture under the name is the avatar. Just go to user CP, then there should be a tab for adding an avatar. And if you mean the section at the bottom of the post (like for me, my Twilight pictures), that's the signiture. It's also under User CP.
