Hello,

We ( DH,DW, and DS8) are going to the MK in NOVEMBER.

We have already booked the Hoop-dee-doo show, and want to book a specialty cruise for the family and the Pirate cruise for our son.

Other than that, can anyone suggest how to plan the trip. We have to make our dining reserves next week ( 90 day period) and are not sure how to go about this. Do we plan the parks around what we want to do, or decide which restaurants we want to do and plan around that?

Any suggestions?

Also, for the parks we want to do, are the following days alotted enough?

MK- 3DAYS
AK- 1 DAY
MGM-1 DAY
EPCOT-1 DAY

*1 DAY BREAK*

Any thoughts would really help THANKS!

My DH and I (both mid 20's) like to plan some things, but not to much. So far, for our trip in Sept we have 3 dinners booked, out of 6 nights, and 1 character breakfast. We really don't like to have every night planned out and have to be on a strict schedule. We do not have lunch booked at all, which we did no have a problem with that last year, although I do expect it to be a little bit busier this year. It all depends on what type of planner you are, and if you want to be on a schedule. I would pick your top 3 or 4 places you want to eat at, and make a reseravation for those.

I think the only meals you really have to book 90 days out, unless you're going on a major holiday, are the princess meals. We've phoned from a payphone in Epcot at 11:00 and gotten a PS for Le Cellier for 45 minutes later. I would however, make resort restaurant PSs at least 2 weeks in advance if it's a special occasion, or somewhere you really want to try.

You might want to think about switching at least one of your MK days for an Epcot day. There's more to do at Epcot than the other parks.

I agree that you may want more time in Epcot, it is great to go to MK in the am and then head to Epcot for the evening since WS is open later and there are so many great places for dinner.

Since there are only 3 in your group, ADR's may not be so difficult to get especially if you are flexable on the time. We had a large group with small children and we like to plan around eating at 5:00. Then we make our schedule aroung the ADRs.

You also need to consider if you want to see Spectro parade, I think it only runs a few nights but that depends on the time of year.

Have fun. :Pinkbounc

I agree with the other posters about EPCOT. You will wear yourself out trying to see all of EPCOT in one day. Have a great time. :cool1:
