How to pay for multiple rooms one pin#

Hi-

I got the Monster Pin this year (3 times, twice through email, once in snail mail as I see many people have) and I made arrangements for my family to take a big reunion style trip to the Fort.

Because I had the pin code I made the reservations for one campsite (for my family) and 2 cabins. The code is only usable on the cabins which are reserved with one for my Dad and Sister and her Boyfriend and one for my MIL, SIL, and BIL.

So far, no problem, I put the deposits on my credit card and we're all good, my question is: when the time comes to check-in, can my MIL and my Dad pay the actual room bills on their own credit cards or do I need to put everything on my card and then have them pay me back in order to preserve the discount?

In Dec 2008 I used a pin for a 2br @SSR, paid the deposit with my cc but for final payment we paid using three cc's (my parents & brother stayed with us). You should be fine letting your family pay their balance.

I have a question for you I just booked this week a trip with the Monster pin, and now my ILs may come. Can I add them to my reservation at the same resort in a different catagory room? Looks like you did that at FW.

Thanks for the reply. I didn't know how to handle it since I know the pin is technically "non transferable". Do you think it made any difference that you were personally staying in the room even though the payment was split, iykwim?

As for the booking of different types of rooms, I actually only booked one type, the cabins, with the pin. The code doesn't apply to campsites so I'm not totally sure that you can do different types of rooms, but I think you can. I made the reservations for the two cabins several weeks apart and when I called to add the second I just asked "can I use the same pin for this one?" and they said it was no problem at all. I didn't even have to read it out to them again because it was already on file. One a different thread I think I read you can have up to 3 rooms booked on a single pin, although that is total hearsay and I can't vouch for the accuracy.
