How to Pack for a 8 month old?

My mother and I are taking my daughter to Disney we do this trip every year so she will be coming with us for the first of many trips. My Husband won't be coming because we are building a new house. We are thinking of staying at POFQ because of the small size of the resort. But my Question is where it is just my mother and me how to pack for a week with one suit case for me and my daughter? I have to pack formula and baby food and that just seems like it will weigh a ton. We won't have a rent a car we were going to use the Disney transportation only. Bout maybe I should rent a town car with a grocey stop? What do you do?

You can also ship a box down to your resort before you go. I know that a lot of people do that or order from a grocery service like www.wegoshop.com
