How to make dining reservations at Universal, Island of Adventure or City Walk

Kids really would like Toothsome. Do they accept reservations or is it first come first serve? what about other TS places?

IIRC many of the Citywalk restaurants are first-come, first-served (at least for right now). That includes Toothsome. I do know you can make reservations for Hard Rock Cafe.

I made a reservation for Hard Rock using the "table" Wonder what the wait is for toothsome. Guess if its too long we can just get it to go right.

Has anyone recently have any experience with having priority seating at any of these restaurants if you staying at one of the premier on site hotels? I’ve read some confusing reporting about it lately

if cowfish is open they have an app where you can request dining. it only picks up if you are close to the restaurant ( meaning you cant call from a hotel across town) can be 45 minute wait with that.

How about restaurants in the parks? How can you get a reservation for dinner at The Leaky Cauldron?

I believe both Harry Potter restaurants are quick service, so no reservations are taken. Although they bring the food to your table after you order, so it is a hybrid quick service.
(This is pre-Covid, changes may have happened).

Before Covid, we never needed reservations at Toothsome, as long as we avoided going on the weekends or around park closing. With attendance being what it is currently, I would think you shouldn't have a problem getting in with a minimal wait, if any. They have a lot of seating.
