How to link an updated post to the first page of the thread?

I have an older trip report and I created a "index" of all my posts (for each day of my trip). I cannot figure out how to link my newest updated post on the index with the new format. Any body know?

If you click on the post number in the lower right of the post (next to "Like") it will give you an HTML that can be pasted in as a hyperlink. You can use the chain-link icon in the menu bar to add the hyperlink to text.
