How to link a credit card to my account?

Hi again! I'm trying to link a credit card to my account so I can buy things like food and the various single-ride Fastpasses. However, all the app says is "you can add a credit card during your first purchase."

Really? I imagine my "first purchase" will be a Fastpass at 9:30am while speedwalking to an attraction, and if I have to waste five minutes typing in my CC data I'm going to miss out on the early slots. Can't I enter the card info NOW, so that my first purchase goes quickly?

Does anyone know another way to link my card? Maybe on the website, or manually at the hotel desk the night before?

Also: I see in this thread that the app is having problems with certain foreign (meaning me) credit cards. Does anyone know whether this is fixed, or still ongoing?

Thanks!

I wouldnt worry too much about it. The fast pass times dont go in the same manner as Disney World. You should be able to calmly enter your information when you are ready to buy.

That's good to know. But what if the app rejects my cards, as it did for the folks in the other thread I mentioned? I'd still like to test beforehand.

I'll be there in 8 days and want to have all this locked down if I can.

Americans who've been there recently: have any of you successfully linked your card to the app? Which kind of card was it?
