How to Improve Waiting Lists for HA Rooms?

What's the best method for getting MS to improve the way they book HA rooms?

This issue comes to me because I just called yesterday to book a SSR studio for next April (20-27). Yes, I know a late booking but it was a spur of the moment decision. They had plenty of studios but none that were HA with roll-in showers. So I just booked a regular room with bath tub transfer seat.

It occurred to me that someone may release a HA room sometime in the next 6 months but I'll never know about it. So I was wondering how to get MS to change the way they handle HA reservations.

Now the method involves waiting on hold while the MS CM talks to a Special needs CM and relays messages. At the very least I think a conference call with the member should be in order. I'm always leery the information I'm giving is not understood or relayed appropriately, or that there's a possibility the Special Needs CM sees that I never thought of or am informed of.

As it is I won't touch the new Wait List because they confirm a category without checking the HA needs first.
