My fiancee and I are not going to a park one day, but would like to go to Victoria's and Albert's for dinner. We are also not staying on Disney property. How is the best way to get to the restaurant?

probably by taxi. You have to make reservations, they should give you information to get into the lot..if not you can head over to magic kingdom and instead of going to the park just hed up to the monoral and it will take you to the GF. Hope this helps.

I would vote for a taxi. I even take a taxi when staying on property (with the exception of the Grand Floridian itself). It just can't get myself to ride the monorail in a suit.

Another vote for taxi, especially if you plan to do the wine pairings with dinner.

I agree with the taxi if you are doing the wine pairings.

But if you don't drink, you can just drive to the GF. Just approach WDW as if you were going to the MK. When you approach the parking booths, be on the right hand side but not farthest right as that lane is for buses only. Tell the attendant what you are doing and you will not need to pay MK parking. Ask for directions to the GF.

Definitely take a taxi if you do the wine pairings. There is quite a bit of wine. You'll be all dressed up so this is probably the most convenient option for you.
