What's the best way to get to Universal from MCO? We are a family of five w/ luggage so a taxi doesn't seem like it will be an option. I was thinking of renting a car @ MCO & returning it at RPR but from what I've read on here that is pricey. Any suggestions??

I always rent a car, but a lot here use Mears, I have seen like Minibuses where you would not have any probs fitting 5 in with Luggage. I am sure some willbe on with Info mon it.

We have reserved a towncar for our trip. It's just three of us and it's costing me $109 roundtrip. FL Tours is who I booked thru and it just seemed easier than having to wait for a cab or a bus to fill up :)

I also opted for the town car service. I like the ability to stop and pick up a few things at the grocery store before getting to Universal, that way I don't have to spend a fortune at the hotel for water, soda, chips or other snacks.

The cost was $95.00 round trip without the tip with the 30 minute grocery stop included.

Another vote for the town car service.

They will have vehicles to accommodate your party of 5 & make it so simple to get to/from MCO. Your driver will be waiting for you when you get off the plane. Just load your luggage in the car & off you go. No lines, no waiting, & a nice comfy ride to get you to your resort.
