How to get to "Places to Stay" on Disney app

Hello. I usually travel down to WDW a couple times of year. I've never booked over my phone. So, I decided to go to my Disney app on my phone into MDE and I can't for the life of me, figure out how to even SEARCH for a room to book. I see my already planned trips, my fastpasses, etc., but not anywhere can I find the thing to click to search for hotel availability. What am I Missing?

The app doesn’t allow for searching/booking resort rooms - it’s meant more for already booked trip management and booking FPs and ADRs.

Your best bet is Disney’s website.

You can't reserve a room using the MDE mobile app. You can call (Disney direct or a TA) or use the Disney World website to search availability.
