I will be staying at treehouse villas and will need to get to MNSSHP. We usually always have a car but this time but Husband is taking our 17 yo daughter on a ghost tour My 11 yo son and I will need to fend for ourselves.
Will a bus pick us right up from Treehouse villas or must we go over to SSR and if so where? This is our first time there. Then will we be dropped off at transportation center or the Magic kingdom? On the way back to we get bus right outside Magic Kingdom or do we need to take bus to transportation center? Do we look for bus that says THV or SSR? Does it drop us off at SSR or THV? We just want to make sure we dont have issues especially since we will be on our own. What is wait time like for busses nights of halloween parties I think we would leave after first parade and fireworks. Or would it be better to stay for second then leave?

To get to one of the Parks/WP or DTD by bus from THV, you must take the internal THV bus over to SSR (I think get off at the Springs) and then transfer to your bus of choice. You used to be able to get off at either Springs or Grandstand (my preferred choice) but now I think it's just Springs. This bus stop can and does get crowded being as it is the most direct route to the check-in, large pool areas, and food court. I would count on maybe an 1 ahead of time to get to MK and MSSSHP.

Depending on where your treehouse is located, you could also walk to the Grandstand bus stop. It's a lot less crowded than the Springs stop where the THV internal shuttle bus is going to drop you.

There are 2 bus stops at the Treehouses for the the SSR shuttle stop: North & South. The shuttle does stop only at the Springs. The walkway to the Grandstand area of SSR is right next to the South stop.

From SSR, the bus will go to the MK, not TTC. Coming back, you'll take the SSR bus from the MK (not TTC) and transfer to the Treehouse shuttle at the Springs, or walk from the Grandstand (I've never walked the path, so I'm assuming it's lighted.)

I don't think you'll have a problem getting on a bus to MK in the afternoon. In past years, Disney has allowed guests with party tickets to enter the MK as early as 4 p.m. without daily admission tickets. If that continues this year, you might want to want to leave your villa around 3:30, which should get you to the MK around 4-4:30, or leave around 3 if you want to be there before 4.

Sorry, I don't have any recent experience on which to base wait times for buses after the party.

That's been our experience, too. As it gets closer to 7 PM the lines really get long, so it's much easier to go early.
