How to get to Fort Wilderness & Wilderness Lodge

I am trying to work on some planning for my trip coming up. Hopefully you can help me with some answers to my questions!!

1) How do I get from POP to Fort Wilderness for Hoop-De-Doo? I know there is a boat once you get to Magic Kingdom....but where?!?! Is that the best way to get there?!!?

2) How do I get from POP to Wilderness Lodge?!

3) Is there a walkway around the Boardwalk lake where we could walk or is there walk that exists there?!! Just looking for a place where we could take a scenic stroll.

To get to the Hoop, the boat is the very best way to go. Fort Wilderness is a large compound, but it just so happens that Pioneer Hall, the location of Hoop, is right near the dock.

From Pop, take the Magic Kingdom bus. Before you get to the MK turnstiles you'll pass docks for several different boats on the left, and luckily there are good signs. You'll choose the boat headed to FW and Wilderness Lodge. When you get off the boat at FW, there is only one path to take. Pioneer Hall is on that path/road, about a 2 minute walk, you can see it on the right pretty much as soon as you get to the path/road.

How do I get from POP to Wilderness Lodge?!

Weren't you paying attention when I just answered that last question???!!! The easiest way to get from Pop to WL is the same as above, just get off at the proper property.

3) Is there a walkway around the Boardwalk lake where we could walk or is there walk that exists there?!! Just looking for a place where we could take a scenic stroll.

Sorry, I have no clue. The only Boardwalk I know is the Atlantic City boardwalk, about four blocks away from me right now.

POP to FW: bus to MK, short walk to the boat dock (not the big ferry) and boat to FW

POP to WL : same boat, it stops at both FW and WL

If MK has been closed for more than 90 minutes the boat may not run, then it's bus to DD (or another theme park) and bus to POP.

There is a very nice walkway that goes around BW, BC and YC. Watch out for the wild surrey bike drivers!

After HDDR, if MK is closed (or you are at the late shows), there SHOULD be busses at the bus stop near Pioneer Hall to take you back to your resort.

In recent years there have been buses for every resort or resort area parked outside Pioneer Hall.
