Go to MK's front gate bus terminal.
Get aboard a bus to Port Orleans Riverside Resort.
At Port Orleans Riverside, get on the Disney Springs boat.

Or hop a bus to Old Key West and then hope the boat to Disney Springs
Since it appears that the objective is the boat ride, itself, I picked the resort with the longest and most scenic route to DS.

I wouldn't ever disagree with your maps/directions Robo...we are going down next week and just had OKW, Olivia's scallops and a Turtle Krawl on my mind while I'm sitting at work.

I don't know exactly but I always liked to walk to the poly when we stayed at shades of green and use their transportation vs waiting for the sog busses.

If possible avoid going around 6:00 PM. A lot of people head to Disney Springs for dinner around that time. The POR boat also stops at POFQ. They allocate two-thirds of the boat to POR and one-third to POFQ. It's not uncommon to wait for three or four boats before getting on one. They do have additional boats that they will run when lines are long. It takes time to recognize the issue and get the boat there.

The boat is a definite benefit if staying at POR or POFQ.

They will not run the boats during inclement weather and the bus system is not designed to handle the overflow passengers.
