we are staying concierge, should i get them to do it at the 90 day mark or do it myself?? also, how would i go about doing this??

I asked Poly concierge to let me know when they got the dates for Party for the Senses and the date I wanted. I also told them to contact me if they needed my cc info. If I see it first I will just buy the tickets.:)

Food & Wine events are all released for reservations at one time. Nobody knows yet when they'll be available to book.

Most events should be booked ASAP but the Party for the Senses has a huge capacity.

Can you offer me a brief description of party of the senses?? I've never heard of it.

Thanks.

Figures, Although I do like Chubby Checks I would of prefered to see Beacj bots or the temtations, Oh well, I am going 11-11 till 11-18, getting the tail end of the F%WF. :D

Do you have to have a ticket for the Party of the Senses in order to see the entertainment? We're going to be there when the Commodores are and my dad just LOVES them and I'd like to be able to see them perform. But I don't want to pay another $85 for it, especially since we will have 2 small children with us (newborn and 2 years old). We just want to sit and watch a concert. Please say that we can do that! Thanks!

Is things have no chnaged since I was there at the F^WF in 98 YES you can sit and just watch the concert. I was going to saa about the party of the senses but to be honest this trip is costing me a small fortune so I am going to pass on that. :D

I would love to enjoy some of the events during the FAWF. Does the fee for Party of the Senses include all food and beer/wine for dinner that night? Is it worth it? Also do you have special seating for Illuminations and if so how good are the seats? Any help would be great.

Yes, the fee is for all you can eat or drink! Two years ago the night we went they ran out of deserts, but last year they seemed much more organized - no problem at all!!

No special viewing area for Illuminations, you're on your own for that. They used to do that when they held the POTS at Odyssey, but now that it's grown, they don't do that any more. The trade-off is worth it, more people can enjoy the POTS now, and there's much more food too.

but so little time:( . When it was at the Odessey it went from 6-9. However, the lines were much longer back then. Didn't have a chance to pig out so much.

We can't wait to do this! I keep e-mailing WDW to see when this info is going to be released, and they keep telling me to just keep watching the website. Anyone know historically when this info is usually released??
