How to get from WDW to Orlando Premium Outlets with no car?

We are thinking of going to the orlando premium outlets for a few hours one day, but wont have a rental car this trip. What is the best way to get there and back and what are the prices. Obviously would like low price and fast trip, but im sure we will only get one or the other. do they have a shuttle, city bus or taxi?

We took a taxi there and back. I think it was around $25 each way but there were 7 of us and we got a van so I did not think the rate was that bad. We had the concierge arrange the taxi going to the outlet and found one at the mall to take us back. We also had the telephone number to call in case we could not find a van when we wanted to come back.
