How to get from Kissemmee train station to the Yacht Club!???

My son and I are going up to Orlando a day early from south florida and have decided to take the train instead of driving. The rest of my family will drive up the next day. I got a great one way on Amtrak for only $32.00 total. Now I need to know how to get from the Kissemmee train station to the Yacht Club. Are there cabs? Any advice would be much appreciated~

Seveval years ago we did Amtrak, Phila to Kissimmee, when we arrived, there were taxi's waiting at the station. They apparently come to meet the train, the station looks like something out of the wild west! But we had no problem either direction with a cab!Have a nice trip!

Taxis are on call only, We like yellow cab call them on 407- 699-9999.
just a note that it will cost almost the same $35 for the trip

You may want to consider using a Towncar service instead of using a cab. It seems the cost is often similar, and a Towncar is much nicer than a taxi.

The Towncar websites won't list fares from the Kissimmee Amtrak station, but you can get quotes through e-mail. You might want to get quotes form a couple of campanies. For example... FL Tours sponsors this board, and gets lots of good feedback here. Tiffany Towncar has established an excellent reputation over the years.

Regardless of whether you're using a Towncar or a taxi, plan on tipping the driver.
